| How to download |
When your purchase is completed, you see the icon "Download EA Download Manager"in the confirmation page. Please download the application and install on your PC. When EA Download Manager starts up, type your EA account information to log in. You are able to change the default language from Japanese to another language from 設定 in the application. The game software you purchased through EA Store is shown in the application. With EA Download Manager, downloaded games can be installed and launched. And game manuals are also downloadable though EA DownloadManager. |
| How to obtain serial number and unlock code |
To find the serial number and unlock code for your purchased games, click the link "最近の購入履歴と注文詳細" in the main customer service page. The order details page shows the unlock code, and also, purchase confirmation email shows the unlock code as well. Please look for under "デジタル著作権". |
| What is "redownload extension service" option? |
Regular purchase allows redownload of the purchased game for up to 6 months. When you purchase the download extenstion service option, you are able to redownload the game for 2 years. Selecting the option applies to all the products in your shopping cart. Please view this page for more information. |
| Serial number/unclock code is invalid "無効" |
Please verify your serial number/unlock code is correct. If you still experience the problem, please contact our customer service. |
| How to redownload purchased game software? |
To redownload your puchased games, you need to log into EA Download Manager and select the game you want to redownload. EA Download Manager saves the copies of previously downloaded games, so if you just want to reinstall, there is no need to download again. If you need to redownload your games, you need to click "X" next to the game title in EA Download Manager to delete the temporatly file first. |
| What do I need to do when download was terminated before the game was completely downloaded? |
If EA Download Manager lost connection or was quit while downloading, restart EA Download Manager then click download button to continute with downlading. |
