『FIFA 2003 ヨーロッパサッカー』には、４つのゲームモードがあります。
バルセロナ、レアル・マドリード、ＡＣミラン、インテル、マンチェスターＵ、アーセナル、バイエルン・ミュンヘン、レバークーゼンＥＡが選抜した総勢１８チームでチャンピオンを争うモード。エキシビジョンとシーズンの２モードがあります。

●シーズン
欧州、東欧、北欧、南米、北米、アジアを代表するリーグに所属するクラブチームとＷ杯に出場した代表チームを含む全40ヶ国の代表チームから好きなチームを選び、１試合のみ対戦することができるモード。
イタリア：セリエＡ、イングランド：プレミアリーグなど世界のクラブリーグを選び、リーグをフルシーズンでプレイできるモード。また、欧州リーグ戦の途中には、現実と同じように、チャンピオンズリーグやＵＥＦＡ杯などの大会も組み込まれているぞ。
実際にある大会からオリジナルの大会まで、４つのモードが用意されているぞ。
